NYC Waiters: NYC Waitstaff Agency Rates

Gratuity is voluntary. For those who wish to tip, please give it directly to the staff at the end of an event.

There is a 4 hour minimum.

This means 4 hours must be paid even if the staff are needed for less time.

Discounts are possible for requests of 10 or more staff, and for ongoing staff contract requests.

We partner with a security firm that provides security who are current & former Military and Law Enforcement.

There are no other fees or taxes unless any of the extra charges below applies to your request.

Rates are double on major holidays.

Staff must be paid for the time it takes to get to an event, one way only, if the event is more than 1 hour from Midtown Manhattan using public transportation.

If staff can drive to an event, they must be paid for the time, one way only, to events more than a 1/2 an hour drive from Midtown. Toll & gas fees may apply.
